We have customers all across the globe so we can ship you the latest and greatest in vaping, no matter where you are.

Processing

If you order before 3 PM on a weekday, we’ll process and ship it on the same day.
If you order after 3 PM, we’ll process it on the same day and ship it the next business day.
If you order on the weekend, we’ll process and ship it the following business day.

In some rare situations, like when an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience longer processing times.

How to Qualify for Vapes Supply Free Shipping

If your order is below $50, there will be a shipping charge at the low rate of $10. However, if your order is over $50 then your order will qaulify for free shipping.

Proof of Age

All products sold on vapessupply.com are intended for adults. Please do not place orders if you are under legal vaping age in your region.

Please note that all packages shipped out may require a proof of age signature, regardless of whether you have purchased in the past or not. It’s the law.

Shipping Times/Delivery Standards

We ship orders every day of the week, except for weekends. If you have received a notification of shipment on the weekend, it usually means your order was processed but will go out the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping couriers. All delivery standard dates are provided in business days.

Every day we do our best to get your orders out as quick as possible. However once the order has left our facility, it’s now in the hands of the courier and at this point we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.

International Shipments

All international orders may be subject to customs and brokerage fees. You are responsible for any duties/taxes and additional fees upon arrival in your country. Furthermore all buyers must be aware of importation laws in your region. Vapes Supply is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, stopped and/or seized by lawful means in your jurisdiction.

Please contact your local customs for further information on importing vape related goods.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is unclaimed within a specified time frame at the post office or several attempted deliveries have failed, your package will be returned to us. Once this happens you have two options:

Get your order re-shipped – You will need to pay for re-shipping of your order, and any fees associated with unclaimed packages such as return shipping cost to us.

Request an order cancellation/refund – Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, including original shipping charge. All final sale items will not be refunded, all eligible items will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore if vapessupply.com incurs a return shipping charge for any unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
